The ten lambs in the study were all slaughtered on the same day. The
resulting fatness and carcase weight data are given in the data table,
and graphed
below. Fatness was measured as the total depth of tissue, in mm,
over the twelfth rib, 11cm from the dorsal midline.

A second data file presents some real life data on the leanness of twelve
ewe,
twelve wether and twelve ram lambs which were run together in a single
mob, grazing the same pasture and being similarly treated in all ways.
